I’ve been attempting to make cooking, what little I do of it, easier with my declining eyesight. So, I’ve been trying out quick meals. Motivated by our subdivision’s Sloppy Joe Meal in the auditorium, (in which it is difficult for me to maneuver without causing disruption),  I decide to try out my new found Amazon food delivery.

It’s very complicated. Some comes the same day, some overnight, some regular delivery, each with a minimum dollar amount. In my confusion and growing lack of patience, I click on the item meant for small shops to resell. And, then find out this is not returnable. Advice from my good friend echoes through my mind, warning of amazon’s return policy.

I choose to be positive. Thanks to Amazon oddities, I am being more careful. And, I think I will start checking out the auditory function (which I am dreading as I am such a visual learner, with some auditory weakness.
