After a nice restful Easter weekend with friends and good food, on this Monday morning, I am going to:
– Get up at 6 a.m. and exercise
– Break my sugar overindulging habit
– Write blogs for my various sites that have been rolling around in my head
– Update my Reading List with witty comments
– Do the dishes piling up from the weekend
– Clean the fish filter
– Water all the plants
– Clean the whole house, including clean sheets
– Finish four books that I am in the middle of
– Finally add to my Gratitude List
– Pull out my vitamins
– Make menus for healthier eating
– Stop all the video watching, especially not in bed

Happy April Fools Day!
I will take up my good intentions tomorrow.
For those interested in history or storing up trivial knowledge, here are some possibilities:
– April foolishness in The Canterbury Tales, Chaucer, 1392
– Something about the Middle Ages and France, too complicated for this morning
– Poem by Flemish poet Eduard de Dene, 1561
– Great Britain tradition before January was established as the calendar start
– The fault of Noah and the ark, 1908 cartoon in Harper’s Weekly, in which Noah sent out the dove before the waters receded, thought to be on the first day of April.
Have some fun of your own today, that is, nice fun.
