…….Inserting my gold ball earrings (which I haven’t worn in a long time), on my way, walking over to a Neil Diamond Tribute concert… keeping in mind my distorted vision and lack of feeling in my left ear (due to surgery in which nerves were cut)
After the concert….
– Upon arriving home, brushing my teeth, glancing in the mirror, I see blood on my earlobe.
– Investigating further, I figure out… I missed the hole and pierced another part of my ear lobe.
– With a little laugh (what else should one do?), I find the alcohol and cotton swabs and begin the healing.
– So now, I attract even more attention from the people in my community, which is not such a bad thing as people are really nice and helpful to me with my distorted vision.
[as to my laptop battery, it would cost $340, so that is a “no” as I explore other options]
