my plants: an update

Some good news! Some of my plants, which I though dead, have survived (see previous post)! I’m sure there are multiple positive, sometimes cheesy life applications I could dredge up and spew forth.

Such as:
“It is always darkest before the dawn”
“Life rises from the ashes, never give up hope”
“You’re writing a new chapter of your life”
“With death, there is always rebirth” (Dipa Sanatani)
“Hang in there, you are not alone, life will get better”

However, it’s simpler for me: A little bit of unexpected new life brings a smile and a reason to keep getting out there in this continuing heat dome and keep watering. You might also note some metal artificial plants, as the realities of living in the Southwest begin to sink in.

May you take some time to enjoy nature, wherever you are, whatever climate you live in.

  1. Looks impressive to me! In that heat, if they were mine, they would just have to die. A noble sacrifice to keep me from being so hot!
