globe theatre

In the words of Charlie Brown, “Life is like a snow globe: sometimes you have to shake things up and see what happens!” That clever title and quote comes from my Word Seeks which sits next to my Crossword Puzzles, one of which I daily partake, depending on the quantity and quality of my grey cells.

Already residing in the theatre of the absurd, I am pondering potential benefits of more shaking, as if my life hasn’t quaked violently multiple times already.

I could:
– restock my aquarium
– actually learn to play the ukulele I got for my birthday six months ago
– attempt to learn and retain Spanish, my third attempt
– peruse the dollar store, venturing into the three and five dollar aisles
– wander down and actually use the exercise room which I have avoided for a year
– break open the paints which I bought two months ago in a fit of creativity
– replace the door stops I removed last year
– propagate my over-grown plants

Somehow, I don’t think that is what Mr. Schultz had in mind for Charlie.

I hope you take some time to shake up your world, and find something much more exciting than my options!
